There are a few restrictions for businesses that sell guns and ammo. We cannot knowingly advertise to minors under the age of 18, the creatives cannot have a gun pointing at the user or someone on the creative itself, and there are a few exchanges that we will not be allowed to run on as they do not allow firearm creatives. Aside from that as long as the campaign is not promoting killing people or insinuating violence against people we should be fine to run the campaign. Simpli.fi suggests to be safe, send in the creative ads and landing page for the campaign they will confirm there are no issues with running the campaign.
